My wife and I are currently visiting Okinawa and didn't want to pick up a sim card so we decided to try an eSIM. We both have UNLOCKED Galaxy Fold 3's from the United States. First, I should say, I am not very tech savy however, my wife was tired and fell asleep! :( I tried to use only the QR code-that didn't work properly. My phone showed me connected to docomo carrier but I still didn't have internet. I spent a lot of time trouble shooting and watching YouTube tutorials. I feel like I became an expert changing APN settings. Finally, I went back through the get your guide app and followed the APN settings under the details tab then chose IIJ network carrier (I think). Once I did that, it worked great! I did a google search test to verify my connection. I almost gave up all hope!

The guided walk we booked with Lokafy was really excellent. Our guide for three hours in Tokyo was Romana and we really enjoyed our time with her. She collected us at our hotel, took us around our local area for a short time then we headed by metro to another area of the city. She showed us some great places in our time together. Some places were with a view to us spending some further time there after our tour with her. This was a great introduction to a new city. It was a very different experience from a group walking tour but was more enjoyable. I would recommend Lokafy as an organisation and will use them again on future trips. If you use them in Tokyo, ask for Romana as she is a great guide.

Ivana was our photographer in Tokyo and the photos of my mum and i turned out very well capturing both posed and candid photos the way we wanted. She is professional and easy to work with and she knew all the best places to capture those memories though some walking required. We had a lot of fun throughout. Highly recommend this activity!

Very nice and friendly contact. Driver very punctual, friendly and helpful. Pickup was right in front of the hotel and ended right in front of the terminal entrance. The trip went without any problems. Due to the distance, traveling by car is the more relaxed option. I will book the service if necessary next time.

A remarkable, fully immersive experience. Amazing digital and creative displays. The kids loved it. My husband said it was one of the best things he’s done.
