Meeting point

If you purchase the Meet&Greet addon, the driver will be holding a sign with your name on it at the exit of the arrival gate and will assist you to your hotel. Alternatively, if you have not chosen the Meet&Greet service, please coordinate with your driver to meet at the nearest gate via WhatsApp communication.

  • Each passenger is allowed one 24-inch suitcase plus one cabin bag.
  • Vehicle capacity:
  • 7-seater: 5 pax (5x24" bags + 5 cabin bags max)
  • 10-seater: 8 pax (8x24" bags + 8 cabin bags max)
  • Please provide your correct flight details for a smooth pickup.
  • There's a 90-minute free waiting period after your flight lands. Delays beyond this time incur a 5000JPY/h overtime fee.
  • If you do not meet the driver after 90min and we are unable to contact you, our driver have the right to leave with no refund.
  • If there’s any change in your flight schedule, let us know at least 24h prior. Failure to do so will result in additional charges.
  • We schedule pickups based on your flight's landing time. If you specify a pickup time, driver will only wait for 30min.

Eliyn from Hakuu was excellent in coordinating a new driver after our flight was delayed causing us to miss our connecting flight delaying our arrival by a day. She followed up with us when we arrived at the airport and made sure we connected with our driver. That was much appreciated. Takahashi. our driver, was prompt and courteous. it was a nice, smooth drive to our hotel after spending 2 hectic days at airports. I would definitely use Hakuu Co again.
