• Lost devices fee is 42,000 Yen
• For airport pick up, the order needs to be complete 1-3 days before the pick up depending on the location
• For delivery, the order needs to be placed at least 3 days before the requested pick up time
• For Shinjuku counter pick-ups the order can be done the same day, before 3:00 PM/JST time
• Refunds will not be provided for not collecting the WiFi router
• Lost devices fee is 42,000 Yen
