  • Airport Pick-up time should be scheduled 90~120 minutes after flight arrival.
  • Modification requests must be made at least two days before the scheduled trip.
  • Luggage limit: 5 x 24-inch bags for groups of 5, 8 x 24-inch bags for groups of 8. Excess may be refused by the driver.
  • Japanese road regulations do not require child seats for charter cars.
  • Our transfer service covers the following Tokyo City districts: Adachi, Arakawa, Bunkyo, Chiyoda, Chuo, Edogawa, Itabashi, Katsushika, Kita, Koto, Minato, Meguro, Nakano, Ota, Setagaya, Shibuya, Shinagawa, Shinjuku, Suginami, Sumida, Taito, and Toshima (Extra charges apply for services outside these districts).

Our driver Michael was really flexible and customer focused. He has picked up us even earlier than scheduled as we landed earlier Haneda airport than planned. The communication via WhatsApp before landing was also really good and helped us to guide us after arriving to find him at the meeting point!
