Make delicious ramen in a real ramen shop. This ramen shop also happens to be one of Tokyo's best, having won several awards. The ramen shop has kindly offered us exclusive access - something normally not available! You will feel like a true ramen chef during this unique experience. Take in all the sights and sounds and feel just like a ramen chef. You'll learn all about ramen prep and the ingredients used - including each of their purpose and where they come from. Please note that this isn't a cooking class where you'd be making everything from scratch. We've shortened the whole process, saving you hours of waiting time. Even just the broth takes 10 hours to make! Instead, this experience is about getting a VIP look at what goes on inside an actual ramen shop. This of course includes putting together delicious ramen. * Please be aware that the ramen contains chicken, pork, and fish. * Also, please note that we have multiple guides.

We enjoyed being a chef in a real ramen kitchen for once :-) It was interesting to learn how to mix up the noodles and the ingrediences. We wish we would have gotten some take aways like recipes. Eventhough it was a bit pricy, we still would recommend to enjoy this ramen experience :-)
