All of our instructors hold a black belt 6th Dan or higher and our interpreters are nationally licensed. All of our ninja weapons have been handcrafted in the clan. ----History, Dedication and Unparalleled Expertise--- Our history: Our clan is the only lasting shinobi samurai clan that served the Tokugawas from 1582 to 1868. Our ancestors escorted Tokugawa Ieyasu in 1582, and that's when our clan history really started. They served the Tokugawa Shogunate for 265 years. At the Meiji Restoration of the monarchy, in 1868 they became independent so they could continue to keep their identity as shinobi. Not many know that there were two types of shinobi, namely, shinobi samurai and shinobinomono. Shinobi samurai were of samurai lineage, and they trained local people to work as shinobinomono.
