So happy we booked transfers from our hotel to Tokyo Disneyland with a local operator, Cherry Tomato. It made everything so easy, picked up at out hotel in the morning, and our driver was there waiting for us when the park closed. A great service which we would definitely use again.

Tickets were delivered to our hotel when we checked in with instructions about our pickup time (both from the hotel and at the theme park). We got both the DisneyLand and DisneySea and we were impressed with overall comms. We had to leave early from DisneySea and couldnt coordinate an ealier pick up and took our own transportation back, but that wasn't an issue at all.

Everything went smoothly except the pickup and return. It seems the driver doesnt have good communication with the owner and drop off at wrong location. Then later he picked up at another location while we were waiting at the dropoff. You should triple check with the driver and get his line number
