Nice trip. Beautiful views. Be prepared for a long day. Website says 10 hour trip, but guide said bus usually arrives back in Peurto Varas at 7:30pm making it more like 13 hour day and it was late our day and got back around 8pm. You can buy lunch at the hotel restaurant in Peulla. Restaurant there had a great setting; food was okay and fairly expensive given the captive audience and remote location. The day I did the trip we stop at the falls before boarding the fairy for about 1.75 hr boat ride to peulla. Once there variety of activities advertised on website, but only the 4x4 adventure possible for us for whatever reason, but it was fun. It cost something like an extra $40000 CLP for the 4x4 ride.

The weather conditions must be taken into account, we did this tour in summer but that day it rained a lot at the top, the lockers did not open, the bathrooms were closed and they are paid, but since they did not open there, the problem was that the telechairs were not working either. Afterwards we went down to The Petrohue falls are impressive, the flow of water they carry and their turquoise or emerald color is very cold. In my opinion, the entrance is expensive to see the falls in no more than 45 minutes. Then we went to the lake but due to weather conditions we couldn't. In the end we They took them to the hotel in Puerto Montt. The guide Nelly was very nice.

Excellent service from Nelly, one of the best experiences we had, in addition to the tour which is beautiful, Nelly recommended a lot of things to enhance our stay, this tour is not to be missed

The tour must be done if or if it is something unforgettable, however the bus driver showed his lack of experience and driving ability.

We really enjoyed this trip - despite a it of rain and snow, the guide was really friendly and the national park was breathtaking
