Drive to Erfoud through the oasis and continue on to Merzouga, where you’ll climb onto your camel and follow your guide for a stunning ride through the orange dunes. From the back of these animals, you’ll watch the sun set over the dunes. You’ll then spend the night in a desert camp, to experience the nomad life. Day 3: Dades – Kelaa Mgouna – Ouarzazate – Ait ben Haddou – Marrakech After breakfast at your hotel, travel to Kelaa Mgouna in the Rose Valley, a famous rose plantation. Visit one of the rose growers’ cooperatives and discover how the workers mix distilled rose water to create scents. Continue along the kasbahs to Ouarzazate, known as the “door of the Sahara”, often used as a filming location. Next you’re off to Kasbah Ait ben Haddou, a UNESCO-listed fortified village. Explore this beautiful site with your guide and learn more about its Moroccan earthen clay architecture. Many big movies were turned there (Gladiator, Laurence of Arabia, kingdom of heaven...) after that we continue our way to Ouarzazat (Hollywood of Morocco )for lunch in one of the good local restaurant ,next we drive through the Roses valley and the Road of the Kasbahs, through Berber villages to Daddes Gorges around five o’clock PM. where we will spend the night . Day 2 : Gorge Todgha - Erfoud - Rissani - Merzouga Leaving after the breakfast we will continue to Tinghir city located in Souss-Massa- Daraa region, in Todgha valley, in the end of high Atlas and face to jbel Saghro amazing place established between mountains with a river flowing all the year offering a convivial and smooth well-being’s climate in Sahara environment a wonder which will mark your desert tour. Spend the night here. Start day 3 with breakfast and visit the desert village of El Khamlia to listen to Saharan music. Then, go to Rissani, famous for its traditional market. Try the local Berber pizza and return to Merzouga. Ride a camel across the dunes of Erg Chebbi to enjoy the sunset. Afterward, reach the desert camp and drink mint tea.
