Start the day with the pick-up from your hotel in Ushuaia. Once in the car, you´ll head west in the direction of the National Park. While you leave Ushuaia city, you´ll start to have nice views of the Beagle Channel and the Andes Mountain Range. After 20 minutes, you´ll be driving along the historical and beautiful Pipo River Valley, where the prisoners from the Old Penal Colony of Ushuaia were harvesting wood for over 50 years with the aid of a narrow gauge train. At only 10 kilometers (6 miles) from Ushuaia, you´ll find the famous train "The End of the World", which is a reconstruction of the old train of the prison and were you´ll spend some time discovering this wonderful attraction. Then it will be time to go inside the park either by car or by train (one hour ride). Once in the national park, you´ll continue west for about 25 minutes to reach its end at the coast of Lapataia Bay. This gorgeous bay of the Beagle Channel has a big symbolic value because the end of the route 3 is also the southern end of the Pan-American Highway. After spending some time walking and discovering the coast of the bay and taking pictures, there´s no other choice but to start driving in the other direction. Departing from the end of the Pan-American Highway, you´ll go to visit the stunning Roca Lake, which was carved and formed by the action of glaciers for over 10,000 years. After enjoying a cup of tea or coffee with the great scenario this lake offers, you´ll start heading east on the route 3, getting closer to the city. But before leaving the park, you´ll reach the coast of the Beagle Channel again to visit Zaratiegui Bay this time. This gorgeous bay with a magnificent landscape holds a special sub Antarctic evergreen forest as well as the typical "End of the World" post office. In this cozy and traditional post office you will be able to stamp your passport with special stamps and also send postcards from the furthermost point of America to anywhere in the world. From here, you´ll return to Ushuaia which lays 20 minutes driving from this bay.

Once you cross the iconic Andes Mountains, catch a glimpse of the glorious Lago Escondido, before descending to its borders, where you'll begin your off-roading adventure. Then, hop on your horse, specially chosen according to each person's riding experience, and enjoy a leisurely ride for about 30 minutes. Next, tuck into a local lunch on the side of one of the largest lakes in Argentina, the Lago Fagnano, including an Argentine platter of cheeses and charcuterie as a starter, followed by the main dish, and tea or coffee. After lunch, take a walk to enjoy the immensity of the Lake Fagnano up close, before returning to Ushuaia.

After getting picked up from your hotel in Ushuaia, head inland driving the National Route 3, leaving the Beagle Channel and Ushuaia bay following upstream the Olivia River to reach the Carbajal Valley. Once driving this dramatic valley with magnificent views you will see different winter sports centers (heart of the winter activities in Ushuaia) and will have the chance to visit a huskie dogs sled center or a special local Gin Distillery. After sometime driving the Carbajal Valley cross over the Andes northwards through the Garibaldi Pass taking alternative mountainous roads through forest, crossing streams, passing beaver dams. and reaching great views of the Escondido and Fagnano Lake. At the shore of the Escondido Lake enjoy an easy walk and a coffee break with nice views. Some more driving and you will be in front of the 5th largest lake of Argentina: Fagnano Lake. With its 60+ miles of lenght this massive lake will be the return point to go back to the south face of the Andes Range again. Once at the car, head to a traditional Argentine restaurant located at a cross-country ski center in the Carbajal Valley. Sit down to a well-deserved lunch composed of salads, lamb, dessert and coffee. Vegetarian options are available. After the tour, get dropped off back at your hotel in Ushuaia.

We invite you to live a day in the Fuegian countryside, to be part of this exciting adventure full of anecdotes and moments that will leave us breathless. We start the pick up at the hotel and head to the exit of Ushuaia along National Route No. 3. Our first stop is at the balcony of the Carbajal Valley to marvel at the view of a valley of glacial origin through which the Olivia River flows. We continue the tour and take the opportunity to make a technical stop at the tourist centers in the valleys. We return to the path along the route, always marveling at the spectacular views of the Andes mountain range. We arrive at the Garibaldi Pass Viewpoint, the point where we cross the mountain range and reach the north of the island to have the first postcard of the Escondido and Fagnano lakes, we begin to descend through an alternative path to begin the Off Road journey towards the head of Lago Escondido. Here we will enter the Fuegian forest along the roads used by the first logging operations to access the circuit accessible only by 4x4 vehicle that will take us directly to Lake Fagnano where we will be able to observe the peculiarities of the area, including the Magellan fault. We will have lunch at the head of Lake Escondido in an authentic Fuegian inn. After dinner and a warm conversation, our return to the city will begin.

Very early in the morning you will be picked up from your hotel and start the adventure north along National Route 3. Through several stops along the way, you will have different panoramic views. Get some of the most beautiful pictures of this area. You will visit a winter center where you will be able to carry out the snowmobile activity as an option. Later you´ll enjoy all the fun with a 4WD ride to Patagonian woods. Explore Escondido and Fagnano Lakes, moving through ice and reaching the wilder corners. You will take a hike through old woodcutters’ trails and then enjoy a typical Argentinean meal in a cozy shelter. You will be dropped off at your hotel back into Ushuaia downtown

Departure from the hotel along National Route 3 towards the Escondido and Fagnano Lakes, we cross the Tierra del Fuego mountain range through the Garibaldi Pass, accessing Fagnano Lake through an old trail of loggers, we travel along the lake coast stopping at panoramic points. Lunch takes place at the Nunatak refuge, while the barbecue is being prepared, passengers can visit the Husky Park Ushuaia.
