What People Are Saying About Tiber River

Very interesting, but probably could fit into one hour.

Our tour guide (Helena? Or perhaps Elena), was lovely and very knowledgeable - a former university student of art history. The Jewish ghetto is quite small, and not much remains of the original tiny alleyways and ancient buildings - for this reason, I think the tour could probably be condensed into 60-90 minutes instead of two full hours. However, we did enjoy it, and partularly loved poking around the Theater Marcellus. In retrospect, I should have asked her more about what happened to Rome's Jewish population during the 1900s, but we were caught up in a discussion of the architecture of the area.

Informative, intelligent and insightful.

It was a great tour with a great guide who know his stuff and clearly loves his city. Claudio's passion shows!

a fabulous morning exploring Castel Sant' Angelo with a great guide

Our tour guide was warm and welcoming. He obviously loves his job and is a real gentleman. We learnt a lot about the history of Castel Sant' Angelo from our guide and would not hesitate to recommend him again :).

Interesting place but badly timed guide pattern

We spent far too long standing at the entrance and the necropolis then rushed the much more interesting part like the house of Diana. The guide was a nice girl and knew a lot but the whole visit was with too much talk and not balanced well

Very Informative but still had to pay admission fees.

The tour was informative but our tour guide struggled with English making it somewhat difficult to understand. Also, even tho it stated the admission fees were included I still had to pay to get in costing a further 6.50Euro per head.
