Got us to the city walking tour (not included in car tour). Driver friendly n speaks English well. Waited for us while we enjoyed leisurely lunch at Harmony restaurant with friendly cheeky waiter. So much fun and great food too.

1- The driver was unaware of the itinerary set by the travel agency and they told us that it was impossible to go to all those places. 2- One of the drivers was very pushy and kept on pressuring us about time, only gave us 10 mins to explore lauterbrunnen. 3- We initially booked for 7am tour but changed it to 8am tour. However, our drivers came 10 minutes before 11am. While i do understand that there was a traffic on their journey but i feel like the travel agency/driver should gave us a heads up. WASTED 3 HOURS OF OUR TIME. Also, the travel agency tried to fool us by saying that we booked for 9am trip which we can clearly see on the app that it isn't. Even if it's stated as 9am on their system, the drivers still came few hours later. 4- I would suggest the drivers to begin their journey few hours earlier before picking us up. One of them lives in zurich & the other lives in lucerne so they should be prepared that anything could happen on the long journey to interlaken.
