1. Amorgos: Greek Cooking or Pastry Class with Aegean Views
Cooking lesson lasts around 2.30 hrs. Menu includes recipes that every home in Greece makes them: gemista (stuffed vegetables), moussaka, pastitisio (baked pasta) and patatato (goat and potato casserole). We'll also learn how to make galaktompoureko, a delicious typical sweet, Greek kataifi rolls and the list goes on…. Finally, you'll have the opportunity to taste them on a large terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea and Mount Kroukelos. After tasting, you will be given a wooden ladle and written recipe as a souvenir to take home.
