Bus Stop 1 is at Lefkos Pyrgos (White Tower of Thessaloniki). However, you can join the tour at any of the stops along the route. The Meteora Monasteries Day Tour runs every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday from April 1 - May 31 and runs Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from June 1 - October 31. The tour duration is 11 hours from 8 AM- 7 PM and the tour starts from the Statue of Venizelos on Aristotelous Square and Egnatia.
