Start the day at Brooke Street Pier at 10am on the picturesque Hobart Waterfront with a welcoming coffee. After coffee, you depart from Brooke Street Pier for the first winery of the day. You'll visit 4 of Southern Tasmania’s best wine producers, all within a short drive of Hobart. Have the opportunity to meet some of the winemakers and taste a wide range of award-winning, hand-crafted, cool climate wines. Taste world-class sparkling wines, crisp cool-climate white wines, and velvety, seductive reds. Expect a day packed full of wine tasting, tours, conversations, and a delicious Tasmanian Cheese Platter. At the conclusion of your experience, you'll be dropped off at Brooke St Pier.

One can’t say that they’ve truly explored Tasmania without visiting the big three: Hobart, Port Arthur and Bruny Island. This three-day tour will make sure you get the full Tassie experience by guiding you on an epic journey around Tasmania's south. Day 1: Start your three day tour by meeting your fun and friendly driver/guide. After a short meet and greet, you will set-off on your Tasmanian adventure. Your first day on the tour aims to show you all of Hobart's key attractions. Some of the highlights are Mt Wellington, Bonorong, Richmond, a city highlights tour and Salamanca market (Saturday only). Day 2: Bruny island - Arguably Tasmania's best day trip! This magical Island has a little piece of everything Tasmania has: World class beaches, rugged coastline and native wildlife matched with the finest local produce from the ocean and the land, a tour you do not want to miss! You will see firsthand why Bruny Island is fast becoming one of Tasmania’s most popular tourist destinations. Day 3: The Port Arthur tour includes a direct bus trip to the historic site where you will have 4-hours to explore at your own pace. This 7-hour round trip departs Hobart at 10:30 AM, getting back at around 5:30 PM.

The cellar door is located on the outskirts of the historic Richmond township in the heart of the Coal River Valley. Nestled between Belmont, the Georgian convict-built, heritage-listed home, and the vines, you will find the tasting room in The Coach House. Pooley Wines was established in 1985 when the late Jack ‘Denis’ and Margaret Pooley planted vines on the banks of the Coal River in southern Tasmania. Now, in the hands of their third generation, Pooley Wines share exceptional, nurtured wines that express their uniqueness and dedication to renewing their environment for generations to come. Visit Wicked Cheese for a cheese tasting of award-winning and decadent cheese and browse in the on-site shop. Afterward, return to the Port of Hobart.

Sample some of the best Whisky that Tasmania has to offer on this tour. Round trip transportation lets you sip without worry. Highlights: The tour is small and intimate with a maximum of 6 guests. Next stop will be at Old Kempton Distillery where you will enjoy a Whisky Distillery tour & learn how whisky is produced, a visit to the Bond Store a tasting & a relaxing lunch (lunch not included in tour cost). After lunch, we will drive to Richmond for a sneak peek at Australia's oldest Bridge and the beautiful Village of Richmond followed by a Cheese sample tasting at The Wicked Cheese Company. We will then head off to Lark Distillery at Pontville for a tasting and a walk around the beautiful historic building.
