What People Are Saying About The Pool NYC
The museum was great- getting tickets a nightmare
When we arrived at the museum we asked a worker how we were suppose to get our tickets? We had received an email with receipt of our purchase for 3 adult tickets for 1 pm admission. The email stated tickets were attached. When we opened the attachment there were not any tickets, no barcode for scanning for entrance. We were told by numerous workers at the museum that we needed a barcode to be able to enter. We tried calling the customer service number but because it was a sat no one answered. Thankfully, after many failed attempts of getting assistance, we were given tickets by the museum to enter since we did have a receipt indicating our purchase. Once inside the museum we fully enjoyed the time and effort that went into creating this memorial. It is a somber experience but memories of our tour will never be forgotten.

Memorable due to its tastefulness & sensitivity.
The museum is a tribute to the strength of people in the face of extreme pain, terror and adversity. The timeline is essential and chronologically spellbinding. I thought it might be sensationalist but it had me in tears. I spent 4 hours there which is longer than I have ever spent in a museum. I would go back tomorrow if I could since there were parts I had to skip over. I was physically sickened to watch video of people jumping out of the towers but also understood why it was included. Heartbreaking but essential. Leave yourself plenty of time since you may well be more moved by the Museum than you think you could be.

Outstanding high calibre museum..a must go experience
I am so proud of you..America.. you have honoured the LOSS of the ordinary people who make up the backbone of any country and died that day..doing their job..whatever walk of life/religion they came from. You confronted the tragedy with authenticity..no matter how painful..looking at it from all aspects..your design of the building..its contents..even down to the provision of tissues knowing many of us just sobbed the whole way thru shows the depth of your awareness. Many of us thought it would be 2 hours but ended up being present all day!. Then moving to the One WTC experience..my heart burst with joy..unapologetically, unreservedly..the positivity that encapsulates the soul of America rose again inspite of its 9/11 wounding. The two experiences in my opinion honour those lives lost..and it transmutes the negative act of that day creating something more golden, much more meaningful with great depth and integrity. thank you and congratulations to the whole team..

It was a powerfully moving experience. I will revisit someday.
The respectful atmosphere of all the visitors added to the intense presentation of the events of 9-11-01. Each exhibit area was well arranged and easy to navigate. The guides were helpful and there was enough seating throughout to rest between areas, The quality of the presentations was excellent. Seeing the artifacts made the events of that day more real, especially for those of us who saw it first hand. Thanks for a beautiful tribute.
