Slight confusion about where to meet the tour, but the company was easy to contact by the provided number, and once the tour started, it was fantastic. Our guide was very kind and wouldn’t hesitate to help my blind father in and out of the vehicle; he was also very knowledgeable about the local reef eco system and is actively involved in conservation efforts. The Mayan chocolate company had some delightful treats to sample and a very informative demonstration on how the “food of the gods” was prepared back in the day. At the Mayan bee sanctuary, we learned about the three varieties of stingless bees, saw their hives, and tasted the most interesting and flavorful honey (multiple and changing notes as it stayed on your tongue) that I have ever tried. Overall, I this was a superb experience (even for someone who can’t see) and very much worth the price.

Thanks to Ivan he took very good care of us we booked last minute. We drove around the city , through the mangroves , plan on getting dirty it was raining. You might Want to bring a towel or poncho. The tour to check out the cocoa plant was interesting. He customized the tour based on what we wanted to see . He’s English is amazing so the best tour by far that we could understand what he was saying. Very knowledgeable of the history of the island. Thanks Ivan

We had a great tour guide thank you for that. It was like a private tour because no one else booked this tour except us. Driving the buggy was a lot of fun. The guide explained everything about the region and Mexico etc. Wonderful lunch was sufficient and tasty. There was always something to drink on the tour, which is very important. We also liked the two destinations, definitely book them. Worth the money!!
