We had an absolutely fantastic experience on our Mt. Fuji and Hakone tour, made truly exceptional thanks to our guide Hiro and driver Malik. From the very beginning, Malikenergy, knowledge, and humor brought the entire itinerary to life. He effortlessly shared insights about Mt. Fuji, the history of the region, and even small cultural tidbits that made the journey more meaningful. Each stop—starting from the serene Mt. Fuji 5th Station, to the delicious lunch at the base of the mountain, and onto the stunning views from the Hakone Ropeway and calming cruise across Lake Ashinoko—was smooth, scenic, and perfectly timed. Even the shorter stops like the Odawara Station Tourist Center were handled with efficiency and care. A special thank you to Malik, whose driving skills made us feel safe and comfortable through winding mountain roads and busy areas. He was punctual, polite, and had the Private spotless throughout the day.

We had a wonderful private trip! Our driver, Ahmed, was fantastic—knowledgeable, kind, and very respectful. He took us to all the best spots around Mt. Fuji and was incredibly attentive, constantly checking the live cameras of the mountain. Thanks to his vigilance, we were able to capture some amazing photos during one of the rare moments the mountain was visible that day. It was such a cool experience! A couple of small points of feedback: the restaurant we stopped at for lunch was just okay. Since Ahmed had been there before, it felt like the default choice—I would have appreciated the option to pick our own place nearby instead (we were right down the street from other options around the lake)

We had a wonderful day today, starting with a smooth pickup from Hakone by Rocky. He was polite, and made us feel very comfortable throughout the journey. After exploring Hakone Ropeway and enjoying the beautiful Ashi Lake cruise, Rocky took us to see the iconic Mt fuji Despite the weather, he ensured we got the best possible view and patiently waited for the perfect moment. What stood out most was his recommendation of an Indian restaurant for lunch the food was delicious and exactly what we were looking for. We truly appreciate Rocky thoughtfulness and efforts to make our experience memorable.

Beautiful day trip from Tokyo! The Mount Fuji was difficult to visualize during our trip, but we had a chance to see it after all, when we took the cable car. Amazing view before the rain! Despite low visibility of the Mount Fuji, the touristic spots are beautiful to see anyway. Mike was our driver and we really appreciated his service: the clean and comfortable car, the information provided, the punctuality. We recommend him for your trip! Better than a bus tour, you get a better experience with your family/friends Would be even better if less traffic, to enjoy more the area and do more stops.
