Overall rating
Our guide (David) was very attentive, shared great anecdotes and personal experiences. He was very understandable and always made sure that the instructions and stories were understood by non-native English speakers. The stops/attractions were well chosen. It is a great trip for history, architecture and nature lovers. The stops are a little short (between 1-2 hours on average), but worth seeing. You are given a lot of freedom during the trip, so you can either visit the castle or explore the city, for example.
Great tour, we loved Terence our guide so charming, helpful, knowledgeable and made the history and student experience accessible for my 2 kids. Brought everything to life with relevant references to the wizarding world. Even remembered our names. Def recommend this tour - everything in one! Cheers Shaff, Alia & Hannah

The trip was excellent, all the places are definitely worth visiting. You get to know a lot about history and traditions which is educational and entertaining.
Tom was great, very knowledgeable and funny too. He tailored the tour to suit us and we had a lovely pint in The Bear with him afterwards.
