You MUST do this tour! It has been the highlight of my visit so far to Thailand. Everything you need is catered for, including local snacks and an amazing lunch stop at a family restaurant with a local appetiser made with papaya - ordered when on route to ensure it is ready for your arrival, delicious! The insights into local life, the opportunities to see rice fields, teak wood furniture cooperatives, the kiln excavation site, on top of the huge amount of information about the temples we were we’re looking at in the historical park and Thai history was enlightening. Jib is the most enthusiastic, knowledgeable and attentive guide and went above and beyond making this a meaningful, educational and relaxing experience. His love and enthusiasm for Sukhothai, his work and his family is infectious. I finished with a huge smile, tired legs and a goody bag of snacks for my evening treat! Thank you for running the tour just for me, I feel privileged! One of my most enjoyable days ever!

Our guide Jip was very friendly, well organized, motivated and has a very broad and deep knowledge. He was happy to answer all our questions. His cousin and uncle were also very friendly. The mountain bikes were extremely modern and in perfect condition. There was always chilled water and cool refreshing towels. Plus homemade cookies, soft drinks and an included lunch of your choice. Jip grew up here and showed us his home, which made the tour very authentic. It was the best tour we have had in a long time. 100% recommend.

I loved this guided tour with Miaow, who took us on a morning trip along the country roads of the new town of Sukhotai to meet local artisans. She acted as our interpreter so we could chat with the artisans and introduced us to some Thai dessert specialties (the banana pancake is to die for). This tour also gives you the opportunity to learn more about the daily life of local families. A must-do if you want to learn more about Thai culture. What's more, Miaow and her family are really helpful people.

We had an excellent day with our guide Jib, who shared all his knowledge about this amazing place with us! The bike ride was very enjoyable! We recommend this experience 100% if you come to Sukhotai to understand and learn about its history! Kob Khun Khrap☺️
