An amazing tour so worth taking. Anna our guide, apart from being lovely friendly person was so informative. She imparted her immense knowledge with such pride, pleasure and kept our interest piqued. We made our way to Delphi Ancient Agora. We were given free time to walk as much as we pleased and the option to visit the museum which is a must do. Beautiful views along the way. We stopped for lunch at a countryside restaurant;your own choice & cost of meal and drinks. We stopped every few hours for a break and leg stretch.Reaching Meteora was amazing.Only when you see the rock formations can you appreciate the magnitude of them as well as the monasteries built on top of them. Depending on your hotel of choice; the 3* was in the little town of Kalambaka itself and the 4* beneath the formations in the countryside. The visit to 2 monasteries was on the 2nd day. The coach was luxurious. Lunch on the home journey was a selection of home cooked dishes buffet style. If you have 2 days, domthis

Visited with kids and wife in May. The tour was well planned with a combination of view points and monasteries. Lots of information about history presented in a clear way. The only improvement is to inform clearly about lunch and dinner options ahead of time since the tour starts in the morning and you don't return to Athens till late in the night. We packed sandwiches which was helpful as we are vegetarians. The train from Athens to Kalambaka had very limited options on the way to Kalambaka. There good news is we arrive at kolambaka close to noon and the first stop is a lunch stop. It had decent vegetarian options. On the way back, there were only chips and soda on the train. The good news is that we got some down time towards the end of the trip at Kolambaka. We were able to stop by at a pizzeria and a bakery and get some amazing food. So my recommendation is to not count on finding food options on the train - especially if you are a vegetarian.

Long 4 hr trip from Athens, but totally worth it! Lunch served was mediocre and quick, 30min, but that's not why we came. Once we got started our guide was informative and interactive. The bus was air conditioned and comfy. Amazing views and dizzying heights combine to take your breath away and you leave fully satisfied contemplating the surreal sights you have just witnessed

Beautiful place, far from Athens 4 hours by train but the place is awesome, lunch was good and Maria did an excellent guide tour

Perfect. The tour guide was amazing. There was enough time for everything.
