Our commitment to responsible wildlife interaction means that while we aspire to offer swimming opportunities with dolphins, we respect their wild nature and acknowledge the unpredictability of such encounters. Please be aware that swimming with whales is strictly prohibited in the Azores, except under special authorization from the Government for initiatives promoting conservation and sustainability.

In the rare event that neither dolphins nor whales grace us with their presence on your tour, rest assured that we offer options for rebooking another tour at no additional cost. Should weather conditions impede rescheduling, a full refund will be provided.

Furthermore, if your tour includes sightings of at least one species of dolphin or whale but swimming with dolphins proves unattainable, we provide alternatives such as another complimentary tour. In cases where weather prevents rescheduling, a nominal No Swimmer fee will be applied.
