Amelia was a wonderful and very caring guide. She gave detailed explanations and was also able to answer our own questions very well. the hiking trail itself was very varied and interesting over roots past muddy fields up and down but definitely doable for anyone who is still reasonably fit. I loved it. Highly recommended!
