Very beautiful cared for and clean parks. The only observation is for the transfer. For Siam park there is a free scheduled bus that runs every half hour and we have waited more than an hour on the first leg as it is full and the last bus returns at 6:30 pm when the park closes at 6:00 pm and you have to wash and getting dressed and not enough seats so almost 70/80 people were waiting for a taxi with us .... For their park too much time to recover people in various hotels so the journey lasted more than 2 hours

Loved it!

Brilliant days out. Loro park was amazing and lots to see. The dolphin and whale shows were a lot of fun to watch. The penguin arena was spectacular! The coach was clean and cool. Was on time and easy to find the bus stops. The day was long 11-5 at the park so make sure to bring extra suncream! Food was okay but I would suggest to bring your own snacks as they are quite pricy there. Siam park was incredible! If your coming to Tenerife it's a must!! Food was reasonably priced and lots of options. Minimal waiting times for the rides in late May. Really happy with this booking and would definitely do it again! I didn't receive the times we were going to be collected within 24 like they suggested so I waited 48 and sent an email and they were very helpful and quick to respond. I didn't receive the first email even though they sent it but we're very patient with sorting everything out!

Two magical days!

Siam Park is great, we had a dream day, the slides are all nice, the staff very welcoming, the decorations sublime, and the sandwiches even inexpensive: count 4.50 euros for the formula with drink! Loro Parque very nice too, we arrived around 10:30 am and left at 5:00 pm, the shows are all great, the one with the birds is also very original! There are animals that we do not see elsewhere like gorillas for example ... Both parks are really to do!
