Full description

Discover the majestic of playful whales and dolphins on this catamaran cruise from Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Choose between a 2-hour and a 3-hour tour, with the latter including lunch, drinks, and a swim stop in the waters of Playa Blanca Bay.

Hop aboard your stylish catamaran, which features underwater viewing stations. Pick a spot on deck to view the many sights in-store during this tour. As you head out from the harbor, your professional crew will use their local knowledge to track the families of whales and dolphins who live near the island year-round. Hear an introduction speech from your guide, including a demonstration of safety vests.   Sail along the coastline past Adeje, Guia de Isora, and Santiago del Teide, where pods of spirited dolphins and groups of pilot whales are a common sight. If you are lucky enough to spot them, spend a few minutes below deck and observe them from a vantage point underneath the water's surface. Then, enjoy a cold beer or a glass of sangria along with lunch back on deck (if you book the 3-hour option). The boat will return to Puerto Colon and if you have booked a transfer, your bus will take you back to your pickup point.

Oh this company is so wonderful I tried my best to make it on time but due to the buses being late I couldn’t make it I contacted the company and they let me know i could do the next sailing and just pay the difference, such a relief I’m also a solo female traveler and sometimes doing activities like this can be a bit daunting but i did not feel that way Such a beautiful day and the staff on the boat were so very lovely

Hard for the price. Dolphins and pilot whales were good to see and left a lasting impression on the children. But you have to know what you're getting yourself into: the boat is full to capacity, the clientele is the kind of tourist you avoid (WASP). If there are no whales to be seen, there will be endless musical blaring at excessive volume. So everything you would expect from the south of Tenerife.

Set off almost half an hour late however we managed to see dolphins and whales which came right up to the boat! The waves were rather choppy which caused a lot of seasickness and vomiting, take medication beforehand if you suffer. The tour guides were great at helping those who were sick and also spoke multiple languages. Would recommend as it was brilliant being able to be so close to the animals in their natural environment!
