  • Observe dolphins up close from an unobtrusive kayak
  • Swim and snorkel with turtles in a secluded bay only accessible by sea
  • Get spectacular views of the coastline and mountains of Tenerife
Full description

Climb aboard for a kayaking adventure in Tenerife and get up close and personal with dolphins and turtles in their natural environment. Observe the amazing creatures from a vessel that does not frighten them or disturb their natural habitat.

Be surrounded by pods of up to 30 dolphins that sometimes put on a show by jumping high into the air. Home to up to 5 different species of dolphins, including bottlenose dolphins, the waters just off the island’s coast are ideal to marvel at these lovable creatures.

While the bottlenose dolphins are the easiest to spot, other species inhabit the waters of the Atlantic Ocean, including rough-toothed dolphins, striped dolphins, and common dolphins.

As wild animals, views cannot be guaranteed, but there is a 95% chance that you will encounter the animals on your trip. Get an optional swimming break and snorkel with turtles and bull rays in a bay only accessible by kayak as a bonus.

Usually, within a few minutes, curious turtles arrive and get very close, swimming around and in between you. Also, bull rays regularly glide elegantly along the sea bed underneath you.

Great experience! We saw several dolphins and turtles! In the morning the ocean was very calm, however on the way back a bit more waves. If you are easily seasick definitely take the pill before! Our guide Guillaume did several stops on the water to wait for the entire team! Definitely a must during your trip to Tenerife!

Good experience with a multilingual guide (it's always welcome…) who supervises us perfectly. We saw two turtles but unfortunately no dolphins… these are the laws of nature. Regarding the snorkeling, slightly disappointed, we only saw a few small fish in a small and fairly populated area. I still recommend for the experience.

We were out and about in a morning with a group of about 11 people. Kayaking was a lot of fun, you just have to be aware that it is exhausting, especially when there are waves. Our guide was very personable and took care of the whole group with a great sense of responsibility. The snorkeling equipment was transported by him in his kayak and then handed over to us at the appropriate snorkeling location. The snorkeling was also great and the guide took photos of everyone with a camera, which we received the same day. We were unlucky with the dolphins that day, but we did see a turtle. All in all it was well organized and worth the experience! Value for money is more than okay
