Our guide was an astrophysicist Abel, giving us very open and informative information about Teide and the Space , we had a lot of questions and he answered them all with outstanding details. The transporting van was neat and comfortable with working cooling and heating systems , which you control yourself. We were pleasantly shocked by Teide itself and the stargazing experience, it’s a must!! 100% will do next time were here!!

Enjoy a transfer right to Mount Teide National Park, the home to Spain’s tallest peak. Head to the best viewing point in the park with your guide to reserve your spot for what’s next. 

Settle in at the base of the cable car station 2356 meters up before the magic sky begins. Then, just relax as you watch an unforgettable colorful sunset over the natural horizon. 

Enjoy the pristine night sky away from pollution and the city lights. Take in up to 83 visible constellations of the 88 constellations that are known to exist, with your starlight guide on hand all the way. 

Make the most of the long-range telescopes available to you to marvel at the sparkling night sky, or perhaps even a Full Moon if you’re lucky.

This was one of the best parts of our holiday- going up Teide at sunset is a must. The sunset views were incredible and the star gazing was out of this world. The guide was really helpful in teaching us about the stars. It was expensive though, if you were not that interested in learning about the stars and where they are, looking through telescopes etc.- you could just rent a car and drive up yourself which would be a shorter drive and cheaper. The roads are pretty good and the park does not have opening hours.
