The trip was very nice, only the start didn't work out. We weren't picked up at 6:45 am and we weren't notified either, even though our contact details were known. After waiting in vain for 45 minutes, we had to call the agency ourselves to find out that our tour was not taking place. After that we were rebooked on a later tour, then everything worked out.

Great excursion and inexpensive for a full day trip. Reaching Mount Teide by public transport from St. Cruz is otherwise difficult. Super beautiful volcanic landscape! Be sure to take a picnic with you, as it took us from about 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (although the description says otherwise). The restaurant where we were next to the Teide is not necessarily to everyone's taste.

Both the guide Ruth and the driver Franki were super friendly and concerned all the time. I recommend the tour without a doubt
