All of the activities planned were great and felt very appropriate for the time we had at the lodge - not too little, not too much. The activities weren’t necessarily done at the time they were described to be done at, but more so when it would fit in terms of weather and other circumstances. We were reminded regularly what the next activity would be and at what time we would have to show up. We were all somewhat nervous about the “Thrilling night walk” but it felt very safe and under control as our guide Junior knew a lot about the rainforest and the animals in it. We were told that we would have an English-speaking guide at all times, which was not the case. Despite that, Junior was a great guide for all the activities and would speak slowly to make sure that we understood. However, it is a thing to make note of in case no one in the group speaks Spanish (Junior did speak some English, but majority of the tours were done in Spanish). We would definitely recommend.

We are very grateful for the service we received from the Live Ecuador group and Suchipakari, from the moment we booked the tour, Carolina’s assistance prior to our arrival in Quito was extremely helpful. I must also recognize Alex, from whom we received the best assistance and attention during our transfer from the hotel to the Rainforest. His pleasant conversation made time go by quickly. At Suchipakari, we were delighted with the facilities, meals, activities, and the staff, especially our guide, Henry, with his attention and great sense of humor. Furthermore, the return transfer was very good even though the weather was bad; thanks to Cirilo for that. In summary, we highly recommend this tour, as they took care of everything, making your vacation even more pleasant and memorable.

Fantastic trip in the Amazon jungle, We lived very beautifully in lovely surroundings, clean and tidy. Very sweet and friendly staff. Our guide on site could speak and understand English well. We had very delicious food at the lodge. The trips were well planned and exciting to experience the nature and wildlife of the Amazon - as well as meet the local population - and hear about how they live and about their old traditions. We were in small groups with other tourists - it was really nice. We were there in the rainy season, but it rained mostly at night and was cloudy and hot during the day.
