All three places are worth visiting, even the salt flats, which I had read bad reviews about, but they are interesting. In Segesta, I recommend taking the bus first to see the Neapolis and the theater, then you can see the temple on the way down at a more leisurely pace. In Erice, there is more time to eat and walk around, and it is well worth it. Choose a clear day to enjoy the views from above. The driver provides little information about the places, but he is friendly and the driving is impeccable.
