Nice guide & a few good tastings. However It was shorter than expected- just one hour (Carmel market is quite small). Also All the 4 tastings were bread based - no drink or fruits. We have done market & food tours around the world & so perhaps expected a bit more.

What and incredible tour. I learned the culture history and had some food tasting on the way. I loved all the fake stuff in the beginning of the market. Literally there is everything. When we got to the center people were dancing drinking eating. We even saw an old lady making pita like large crepe on a pillow, like in the movies. What an incredible vibe. Best part of my trip. Guide incredible great day in Carmel.
