Full description
The Tel Aviv Walking Architecture tour is a guided experience walking throughout several parts of the city admiring buildings both up close and from a distance, understanding the details and the dynamic history embedded in the building structures. This tour is an insightful exploration of the city with a focus on architecture and design. This tour is one of the best ways to take in the city of Tel Aviv. Take the opportunity to walk the famous streets lined with the largest collection of Bauhaus buildings worldwide. A UNESCO protected site, the buildings in Tel Aviv have a rich history and exciting future as the cityscape continues to evolve and change. Tel Aviv buildings range from eclectism to modernism with new towers and modern structures and an extensive restoration process of older buildings. Learn both the history and the way that the city has evolved over the years. Beyond the buildings, you will also see some of the city's famous streets such as Rothschild Boulevard. Lined with trees and flowers along with a large pedestrian promenade, this street is a great way to take in the locals and understand the layout of Tel Aviv firsthand.

Very well guided tour with detailed explanations. Amid gave us an insight into the background of the emergence of Tel Aviv and the Bauhaus district, which are indispensable for getting to know this epoch and the city. The group size was optimal with 12 participants. So everyone could understand everything and understanding questions were possible. Overall: highly recommended.
