This is a must do on your trip to Tel-Aviv. Words cannot describe how fantastic this tour was for us. Yan’s passion about Israeli culture and food was intoxicating: surprise after surprise, stall after stall we were immersed in millennia of history and politics and traditional food. Every single element of this tour was meticulously planned and just like a Michelin star meal it came together like a beautiful symphony to surprise and delight us.
