Fantastic. Tomer with BeinHarim has to be the best guide ever! His English pronunciation is excellent and knowledge of the tour area superb, allowing him to convey a wonderful story which holds your attention. Easy-going with humor, runs a good schedule, and clearly communicates clock times, with ample time for restroom breaks & a little shopping along the way.

The bus was very puntual, the organization of the trip went smoothly. Our guide Sigal was very informative, we learned a lot about Israeli history, people, political situation and geography during our trip. The time allowed to different activities (floating on the sea, lunch at Masada) are well set, we had enough time for everything.

Pick up was super on time, and very efficient as many busses pick up people from different places in the city and drive to a central location to assign people to their actual busses and guides without going stop by stop and picking up other people along the way. Our guide Omri was excellent, we loved his detailed and fun explanations along the ride as well as at Masada and the Dead Sea. He was super knowledgeable and connected so well with all people in the group. We even stopped for photos at two spots going to Masada and going back to Tel Aviv. Even though our Masada trip was slightly delayed due to another tourist at the Masada cable cars having to be brought out after having a heart attack, we got the full time at the Dead Sea which was very enjoyable and not rushed at all. Even had time to ride a camel :) Highly recommend the trip, saw, learnt and experienced a lot. Thank you Omri! :)
