Explore Jerusalem on this full-day bus tour from Tel Aviv. Experience the spiritual sanctuary of the 3 great religions of the Western world as you see sights like the Mount of Olives, the Garden of Gethsemane, and the Armenian Quarter.

During the tour, see some of the city’s most holy places, including the Mount of Olives, the Via Dolorosa, the Western Wall and more.

Get picked up from your hotel in the morning for the drive to Jerusalem and the Mount of Olives, one of the highest peaks in the city. Enjoy a panoramic overview of the sights below.

Travel along the Kidron Valley to the Garden of Gethsemane and the walls of the Old City. Enter the Western Wall Square via the Armenian Quarter, and stroll through the Bazaar to the Christian Quarter.

See the Stations of the Cross on the Via Dolorosa, and the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, site of the crucifixion. Walk along the 1,700-year-old Byzantine main street, the recently restored Roman road of The Cardo, and the renovated Jewish Quarter.

It was a wonderful trip and we saw lots in a single day. The guide was very well informed o. History and quite funny. The only negative was the way we were forced into specific shops and restaurant and given a sales pitch. Especially the restaurant as it wasn’t very good.

The trip was very informative. However we would’ve liked more free time in Jerusalem and longer time in the Dead sea. In our opinion it was not necessary to go to the pre arranged gift shop and listen to a presentation there. We wanted to walk around the market. It would’ve been nice just to be given a set time for meeting up. 40 minutes in the Church of Sepulcher was also a bit much. Again we just wanted some time to wander around the market. Other than that, good value for money, fantastic guide!

The trip was well organised, the only thing that I would recommend to improve is to add visit of Al Aqsa and Dome of the Rock as well, as these are the signature sites of Jerusalem and the tour of old city is incomplete without them. The time for these can be saved by reducing the time stop for coffee/viewing site of the city and the shopping time. Also, it would be good if the tour guide gave more details on the sites themselves, such as the Church of the Holy Sepulchre and the Wailing Wall. Overall, the tour was good, if you have short visit of the country you can take it.
