Dating back over 4 millennia, the Old City of Jerusalem is packed with historical sites that draw visitors from around the world, whatever their spiritual leanings.
Begin with breathtaking views of Old and New Jerusalem from the Mount of Olives. Then drive to the Garden of Gethsemane via Kidron Valley. Enter the Old City walls to walk through the Jewish Quarter. Wander along the old Roman road of The Cardo and stop at the Western Wall (Wailing Wall).
Proceed to the holiest spot within the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, where Jesus was resurrected, and visit the Capella, site of the tomb of Jesus Christ. Continue to the burial site of Joseph of Arimathea as well as the Capella of Helena; founder of the Church in 328 A.D. You will also go to where the Cross was found. Visit King David's Tomb, and see the Hall of the Last Supper.
