guide and driver were good, we enjoyed thd trip, the explanations and all, the place is wonderful, only thing to note is that the bus was just a bit outdated, not much and still very comfortable, just the a/c was a bit problematic, and the suspensions a bit to soft (a bit of nauseating like a ship).
The guide was very knowledgeable about a lot of the islands history, not just the volcano which was nice. I’ve been to Tenerife 20+ times since childhood having had family live here and I learned things on this trip I never knew before
It was a wonderful experience, organized by fantastic people! Ozzi, Gianmarco and Enrica accompanied us on this fantastic journey through the stars, an incredible experience, perfectly organized and unrepeatable!
Transfer was early. All staff super friendly and went above and beyond for everyone! Very well organised and safety was always put first. Could honestly not recommend enough. An unforgettable experience!
