Overall rating

Everything was very well organized. The tour guide told us a lot of interesting information during the trip. We made two stops. Once in a café for 20 minutes and once in the national park, where we could walk around and take photos. Then we went to the cable car. Everything went smoothly there too. Unfortunately the paths at the top were closed because of snow. But you could still enjoy the beautiful view. We felt a bit sick on the way down because the difference in altitude is noticeable in such a short time. But when we got down everything was fine again. Then we went back to the hotel. The driver took a different route so we could see even more. Enjoy other smaller volcanoes and the beautiful landscape. It was a great trip. Since you didn't have to drive yourself, you could observe and enjoy the landscape better. We recommend it.

Very good, unfortunately the cable car was closed. The money for the cable car was refunded immediately. The day was extended to include more sightseeing points and was therefore very interesting and filled the day.

Very nice trip. The weather was great, so it was a really good experience. Improvement: Only English guide and not three different languages. More time to hike.

The guide was clear and fun. The tour was what was promised. The return trip took a bit long though as we had to drop people off at several hotels.

It will be good to inform that all trip Will be on the bus. So everyone can get warm jacket
