Full description
You will begin your trip at 9:00AM, at which point your guide will meet you with the company’s branded flag in front of the Avlabari Metro Station. From here you will be taken to Kutaisi, the second-biggest city of Georgia. You will travel there via the Rikoti Pass and through the longest tunnel in Georgia (1,722 meters). On the way to Kutaisi you will stop in Surami, where you will have the opportunity to taste a famous freshly-baked Nazuqi (sweet bread baked in an oven). When you reach Kutaisi you will have lunch (by request), before continuing your way to the Prometheus Cave, 20 kilometers away from Kutaisi. Kumistavi (Prometheus Cave) is the biggest cave in Georgia. There are spectacular views of stalactites, stalagmites, petrified waterfalls, underground rivers, and lakes throughout this vast and impressive cave. Within the cave there are colorful lights ranging from orange, red, pink, and blue. You have two options to enjoy your impressive cave tour. You may choose a walking tour along the 1,600-meter route, or can rather opt for a boat ride along the underground river. Following this, you will go on traveling to Martvili. The Martvili district is truly one of the most gorgeous places in Georgia, combining different unique natural environments. You will be shocked with brilliant scenery, sensational waterfalls, and a boat trip in the river which possesses a deep-green color. You can board a boat with a boatman and he will take you on an unforgettable journey between the high rocks in the canyon. Following your trip, you will have dinner (by request), before being dropped off back at your hotel in either Kutaisi or Tbilisi.

I liked the cave and the canyon. I hope that after the curfew will be lifted they'll have one more canyon or one more cave in this trip. Because the road is long and the time is short :) The guide was great, and also the driver. The restaurant was interesting. The boat we had at the canyon was super cool. The canyon itself was beautiful but very short walk. I felt like it needs to be longer, maybe the other canyon will be better.

Perfectly planned trip, special shout-out to Sophie for going out of her way to make sure we enjoyed the trip in the most convenient way possible. Also, props to our tour guide Alex and the driver Mitchell for showing us around the caves and the canyon, and keeping us informed about the different spots we visited during the trip.

Its a pretty long drive, 4.5 hours one way. But i wanted to see this place as i didnt include it during my last visit. The boat ride at the Canyon was amazing. Out guide Giorgi always kept us entertained throughout the drive and was keen to explain everything as we drove past it.
