Enjoy full access to Port Arthur Historic Site on the Tasman Peninsula with an entry ticket valid for daytime entry for two consecutive days.  Located 90 minutes from Hobart, the Historic Site has over 30 buildings, ruins and restored period homes set in 40 hectares of landscaped grounds. Discover fun, interactive experiences for all ages such as the Lottery of Life and the Museum and Convict Study Centre in the Asylum building.  Explore the Convict Water Supply Trail and the Dockyard.  Allow plenty of time to fully experience all that Port Arthur has to offer! Your admission includes a visitor guide with a map and a 40-minute guided walking tour that gives you a great introduction to Port Arthur, its people, and its past. As part of your admission, you can also enjoy a 25-minute harbor cruise on the MV Marana. The walking tours and cruises run several times a day, subject to availability.

Choose to begin your tour on Bruny Island or from Hobart. Cruise by some of Australia's highest sea cliffs and drift up close to listen to the awesome Breathing Rock. Enter deep-sea caves, pass through the narrow gap between the coast and The Monument, and feel the power of nature where the Tasman Sea meets the might of the Southern Ocean. After departing from the terminal, you will cruise past the historical Kings Wharf, Seaport, and Launceston's delightful riverfront precinct. Hop aboard the Explorer Bus nearby Hobart’s waterfront and begin the 1270 meter ascent up kunanyi/Mt. Wellington. As you make the upward journey, you’ll be treated to spectacular views over Hobart and deep into the horizon. At the summit, explore the lookouts and observation shelter. Enjoy the freedom of being able to hop-on and hop-off the bus at whatever stop you choose. If you like, instead of taking the bus straight to the top you can get off at some of the stops along the way and then hop back on a later bus.
