Those 3 days were really beautiful and complete. This is a lifetime experience you have to book it !!! The aperitif with the sunset in the salt flat was a highlight of this trip ! The lunches were good, could have been more tasty, but they respect your restrictions. You have enough time to take your pictures and enjoy the different landscapes. Bad points : paying every time for the toilets (~5Bs most of the time…). We didn’t get sleeping bags on our second night and it was freezing dead. And don’t hesitate to ask for a private bathroom in the salt hotel, if we didn’t we would have not get one. Ask for what is due to you. Maybe our driver/guide could have given us more various explanations (although sometimes it's not bad to have a few, but at least to remember them). He (Eric) was really kind and tried his best to speak English for us. Thank you.

Our guide ‘James’ (Haim) and driver ‘Roger’ were great. James was energetic, kind, patient and informative (with great English). Also great for taking photos!!! It’s a bumpy ride but we were in safe hands with Roger. The stops and scenery were out of this would and I enjoyed each day immensely. The meals provided were also great. There were a few average parts to the trip though. On arrival to Uyuni, expect to wait around a while for the agency to meet you and get started on the tour. The first nights accommodation was ok - luke warm shower, the second nights - no hot water. It was June and freezing cold (glad I hired a sleeping bag). Ensure you pack appropriately. Pack a towel and toilet paper. :) Overall, a worthwhile trip and great way to transfer from Bolivia to Chile.

Despite a rather disorganised start, actually this tour crammed so many cool things into it, it was well worth it! Only downside was probably not having a lot of time at some places - a bit more time and some props for the salt flats perspective photos would have been cool, and the hot springs on the last morning would have been brilliant if we had an hour - but what a fab time! Try to get an internal room on the last night, stayed in an outer room and was exposed to a freezing wind coming through a massive opening in the wall/roof - even my Antarctic gear wasn’t helping keep me warm.

It was a great trip. Due to health issues which had started before the trip, we had to abort the trip, but our guide Rolando was at any time very attentive and tried to make the best out of the situation.

The landscapes were breathtaking, and Marcia's explanations were excellent. And well done to the drivers.
