Hear about the old food traditions of Sicily on a 2.5-hour walking tour of Taormina. Meet local chefs and food heroes at 3 different venues and immerse yourself in the food scene. Try fresh seafood such as pepata di cozze (mussels in sauce) or alici alla beccafico con pesto trapanese (filled anchovies with pesto) paired with white wines from the region. Try a variety of bruschetta and other appetizers including cold cuts, soups, cheese with honey and marmalade and caponata (an eggplant dish from Sicily). Brilliant local and foodie experience I ever had

We visited three absolutely amazing food and wine spots: first one with fish delicatessen and white wines, second with typical homemade apptizers and red wines; third place with surprising sweets and liquors. Between the places we had a great walk through Ortigia jems with friendly and very knowledgeable local guide who shared with us a lot of secrets about local life and traditions of Siracusa. Highly recommended to everyone who visit Siracusa.

Fantastic wine tasting and food tasting

What a wonderful evening we spent with my wife and other 3 couples. We drank in the 3 different locations quality prosecco 2 white wines and 3 red wines. We tried a lot of Sicilian food samples. In the end of the tour I was totally full. Tour finish in a patisserie for shots of Sicilian liquors and pastries. Guide was very funny and informative. Great tour
