This class for the highlight of our time in Taormina! Do not miss it. Our chef and teacher for the day had so much passion, it was such a joy to learn his cooking philosophy the Sicilian way. Coffee and morning tea (cheese, meats, wine etc) is provided. We spent the morning cooking 4 dishes in total, that we all sat down to eat together for lunch. We made SO MUCH food, and it was all delicious. All the recipes have been emailed to us, so we can try to replicate at home but something tells me it won’t ever measure up to our time in Taormina.

Had a very nice experience! We really enjoyed the activity. We were able to make several Italian dishes, where the explanation was good and you could do and experience everything yourself. In between, you could certainly also taste. After cooking it was time to eat our dishes with the group, while enjoying enough wine. All in all highly recommended!

While it was disorganised initially knowing where we were meant to be cooking, we were thrilled to cook with the team at Ristorante Porta Messina. Interesting tips shared at the market, terrific recipes adapted to individual needs on the day, a great vibe and meal. Exceeded expectations. Would score 15/10 if we could!
