Dates and milk accompany an orientation to the Experience, followed by a word from the Owner. Then it's aprons on! Cooking of our Tagines involves step-by-step cooking guidance and stories from the life of the Experience Leader as well as support on the practical side from our Experience Assistants. Once the Tagines are simmering on their stoves, we move to bread-making from scratch. Stories and fun here, too. From the Bread Experience it's on to our beloved Tea Ceremony and a cup of tea few will forget!
