I found it amazing!! I love lazy rivers, and Discovery Cove is my new fav! You bob along a tropical paradise on wet noodles rather than tubes (grab a couple for extra support). The water is heated so cool weather isn’t a big deal (plus they provide wetsuits). A waterfall leads you into a magical aviary where you can explore and feed the tropical birds! Afterward you pass by otters and a marmoset island. The otters were sleeping and the marmosets hidden so I suggest you go at one of the listed feeding times. Beyond snorkelling with rays and tropical fish in an artificial reef you can also peek at sharks in the adjacent tank, or pay extra for a dolphin or shark swim. Discovery Cove is all-inclusive with delicious food and drinks (including adult beverages). The vibe was definitely family-friendly but would also be perfect for a post-party rest day. I felt very safe with lifeguards and staff always within view. Parking and lockers also included. Highly recommended!
