Overall rating
We had a great day despite a bit of rain in the morning. Everything was smooth and our tour guide - wong spoke perfect japanese, chinese and English. He also gave us good recommendations to try local food. Would have loved to spend more time at shirakawago, and perhaps less at other places though. Also found out I can actually use public transport to get there. maybe next time
We had a great day! The day was well organised. Before each stop, the guide would give us some information (in Chinese, English and Japanese) about the destination and tell us when to be back in the bus. We had sufficient time to see everything.
The excursion was great, the guide adapted completely to our interests and explained to us about the customs and history of the place. Totally recommended to learn more about the Japanese Alps.
Hemi is a very good guide, friendly. He explains very well. We had a great time. He has a sense of humor. I recommend
two wonderful companions. Very good service. I recommend.
