Get picked up from a meeting point at the Mt Royal Hotel in a modern minibus by your friendly guide. Departing from Banff, head to Takakkaw Falls in Yoho National Park (when access permits), to see Canada's 2nd highest waterfall tumbling 254m (830 feet) in one stretch and 384m (1,260 feet) in total. The falls can be admired from the parking area or from an optional short 0.5km (¹⁄₃ mile) walk on a paved trail from the parking area to the base of the impressive falls. Then, continue on to Kicking Horse Mountain Resort to take an enclosed sightseeing gondola with glass windows. Travel up to 7,700 feet s you admire the panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains, the Columbia River Wetlands, and the quaint town of Golden. At the top, enjoy a gourmet lunch from your choice of menu items with a non-alcoholic beverage and dessert at Eagle's Eye restaurant, Canada's highest restaurant. Enjoy a family friendly rafting tour on Kicking Horse River. Suitable for kids as young as 4, and anyone who doesn't want to raft on big whitewater. Meet at the rafting base in Golden, BC. Get set up with your rafting gear and the bus will drive you to the river. Raft along 14 km on the calm Upper Canyon of the Kicking Horse River. This trip starts in Yoho National Park and will have you floating through beautiful forests and mountain scenery. There are some splashes, but it's not a big whitewater trip. You have the option to go for a swim if you're feeling up to it and will finish your tour with a riverside BBQ lunch. Choose an item hot off the grill, and from a variety of other snacks and drinks. At the end of your trip, the bus will drive you back to the rafting base where you can get changed and enjoy a hot shower.

Day 4: Icefields Parkway Spend the day driving and exploring the Icefields Parkway. This drive offers endless vistas, jagged mountains, glaciers and wildlife viewing opportunities. Drive the spectacular Sea to Sky highway for your evening in Vancouver. Day 7: Vancouver and Seattle This morning, tour Vancouver, including the waterfront, Gas lamp district, Chinatown, and Stanley Park. Head to Seattle for a your evening downtown or drop off at the departure hotel.

Set off on the famous Kicking Horse River for a genuine Rocky Mountain whitewater rafting experience. The 5-hour trip (2.5-hours on the river) combines all the best the river has to offer: bouncy and splashy waves, calm and scenic float sections, and big whitewater rapids.  Check in at the local partner's base, conveniently located on TransCanada Highway #1, and change into your top-of-the-line gear, which is provided. Transfer then to the rafting start point and, following a thorough safety briefing, it will be time to get on the river. Begin on the upper, more gentle, scenic section of the Yoho National Park. For approximately 1-hour, enjoy splashing through the waves as you warm up for the more intense sections downstream. Meet your instructor at Emerald Lake Lodge to complete an orientation for the day, including waivers and medical forms. Enjoy a lesson on how to Cross Country Ski, this covers falling, getting back up, diagonal stride, turning and stopping on flat terrain. After the lesson put it all together while touring to the back of the Lake, enjoying the mountain splendour. After reaching the back of the Lake, enjoy your lunch before heading back to the trailhead.
