The Taiwan High-Speed Rail Train (THSR) will take you from the heart of Taipei to central Kaohsiung, via intermediate cities such as Taichung and Tainan. Travel at a speed of 300 km/h and arrive in Kaohsiung from Taipei in just 1.5 hours.
