They have 2 lines , Blue and Red. If you have a 9 hr day pass you can use any line at your convenience. They take through major points and for a fist timer this is best to explore the city. The frequency of buses is also good so you can do your own hop -off activities before you hop on again. Staff is very helpful and they are very punctual of time.

Hop on board either route at the Taipei Main Station and get off at any of the 23 bus stops along the way. Enjoy easy access to the Taipei 101 tower, the National Palace Museum, the Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall, and the Ximending shopping district.

See the city from above on a double-decker bus. Venture to the Dinghao Market where you can shop like a local or to the Taipei Fine Arts Museum. Keep your electonics charged along the way with USB charging station. Finish the loop back at the Taipei Main Station

You can use your electronic voucher (QR Code) at the departure point located at Taipei Main Station (Zhongxiao), near Exit M4 of the Taipei Main Station MRT. Service personnel will scan the QR Code and exchange it for a paper ticket, which allows you to board and use the bus.

The ticket from this app worked so well. The staff didn’t even take a second look. Very friendly. Our only problem was we got lost down in the MRT, but that was us not the Hop-on-hop-off
