Our name was displayed big and clear and we were transferred to our private car quite quick. The car looks clean and new. The drive to the hotel was swift and pleasant. Very please with the transfer especially after a long flight and getting late in the night. Recommended and will use Edison travel again.

Der Fahrer stand wie erhofft mit meinem Namenschild in der Ankunftshalle des Flughafens. Er sprach allerdings nur sehr wenig Englisch. Zur besseren Verständigung hat er es dann erst mit einer Handy- App versucht und dann zwei verschiedene Leute angerufen, die übers Telefon übersetzt haben. Ich bin jedoch gut an meinem Zielort gelandet. Das Voucher wollte der Fahrer gar nicht haben. Da mein Hotel außerhalb von Taipeh liegt, musste ich einen Aufschlag zahlen, das hatte ich schon im voraus von Deutschland aus getan.

Excellent service, had to make a last minute changes on my my way to the airport and Mike took care of it and confirmed immediately by email. Driver was waiting at arrivals with our names and escorted us to an area outside where we waited for around 5 minutes whilst he brought the vehicle before loading our luggage and taking us to the hotel. Great service would definitely use again.
